Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features, if any, will be presented with pricing and renewal terms in the app stores or within the app. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled per platform policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHART PING AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
